With over 13 years of experience in recruitment, Harmeen founded Talencia with a clear mission: to help businesses and professionals build authentic, lasting connections, because one well-matched opportunity can truly transform a career.

Her journey began in an unexpected place. After working as a travel agent and exploring the world, Harmeen stumbled into the world of recruitment and it quickly became a passion. She discovered her talent for connecting the right people with the right environments, and hasn’t looked back since.

Today, she brings that same passion and care to Talencia, a recruitment agency specializing in accounting & finance, administration, human resources, engineering, sales & marketing, operations, and executive-level placements across Quebec.

Beyond her professional life, Harmeen is a proud mother of two young children. She strongly believes that success is built on balance, consistency, and values. For her, success isn’t just about what you achieve, it’s about how you live and lead.
